GENERAL INQUIRIES

Do you require a rental contract?

Yes, for your protection and ours, we do require a rental contract for all rented items.

What is the policy regarding cleaning of rented glasses, plates, and flatware?

We ask, at a minimum, that all plates be scraped clean and glasses returned to the racks in which they were delivered.  If possible, a quick rinse of all plates and flatware is greatly appreciated.

Are there any refunds for unused rental items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on un-used rental items. Health codes require that all silverware, plates, glasses and linens be washed and sanitized prior to send out (whether used or not).

What is the recommended time-in-advance needed for rentals?

While it varies greatly depending on the time of year (our busiest season is Memorial Day to Labor Day) and the quantities required, we recommend at least two weeks prior to the event.  Exceptions are linens and tents!  Linens need to be reserved and paid in full at least two weeks in advance.  Tents/canopies require payment-in-full a month prior to the event.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

We do offer delivery and pickup of all rented items.  Delivery and pickup charges vary depending on distance, time and day of week, and order size. Call store for quotes on delivery.

TENTS + CANOPIES

Can you set canopies/tents in the winter?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a tent set in the winter if snow is in the forecast for the requested time and location.  Even the most substantial tents are not designed to handle snow loads of any significance.

What are the location requirements for tent/canopy sets? Can a tent/canopy be set on a hard surface such as asphalt or concrete?

All tents/canopies have specific staking requirements set forth by the tent manufacturer which, for our safety and yours, we must adhere to.  Tents/canopies can be set on a hard surface but require either drilling and anchoring or weighting.  (Both are additional charges – call store for pricing)

Can we set up rented tents/canopies ourselves? Is there a set up charge?

With the exception of 10’x 10’ pop-up canopies, all tents/canopies must be set up by EPR staff.  While we do charge for delivery, set up and takedown are INCLUDED in the price.
